To create a cohesive campaign for over 300 communities, each with its own unique name, Michael Walters Advertising created the Mr. Holiday persona. Mr. Holiday conducted interviews and testimonials and allowed us to talk about the key attributes that all Holiday communities share, regardless of market. Use of actual residents gave the campaign tremendous authenticity.
